EXTRA HARDWARE REQUIRED.
Some other LCR companies need to re-programme your
telephone system, or install a smart box in your premises
to route your calls. The danger of these options is
that they have a potentially higher 'rate of leakage'
due to programming or hardware error. Leakage results
in their customers receiving a call bill from BT (because
some calls leak via BT) while they think they should
have been paying cheaper rates for their calls.
Our service uses CPS technology which automatically
enables your calls to be routed directly through BTs
switch, then through a pre-designated carrier of choice.
CPS cuts down the leakage to nearly 0% and it all works
transparently in the background.
There is no minimum specification required on your telephone
system. As long as you have BT installed lines your
outgoing calls can be routed for you. No expensive,
time-consuming engineer visits are required.
KEEP YOUR NUMBERS AND BT LINE
There's no need to leave BT's Line Rental scheme* or
change telephone numbers. Your BT numbers will be retained
and what's more, you can still use virtual numbers for
your incoming call management. Keep the same BT features
for your incoming calls too - like Call Sign, Caller
ID, Call Diversion and 1571.

After we receive your signed Entacall agreement and
Direct Debit mandate, it only takes about 10-15 working
days for your lines to go live on the new system. You
will receive a letter from BT informing you of the switchover
date.
You will then pay all your outgoing call charges directly
to our telecom partners, Entacall. You'll get an invoice
and itemised bill free of charge every month. You only
need to pay BT for your line rental and features.
NO MINIMUM CONTRACT AND NO
MINIMUM CALL CHARGES
Unlike other telecom companies who request at least
6 12 months minimum contract, there is no minimum
contract term. What's more, there's 'per-second billing'
and no minimum call charge for calls shorter than one
