How do I use this fax to email service?
You get either an 0870 or 020 number to publish as your fax number. All faxes arriving at the number are automatically converted to an image file and sent to your designated email address.

You receive faxes as email attachments. You can then treat the fax as with any other TIFF or PDF image. You can easily view the fax, save it to disk if you require or even print a copy if desired. If it is something unimportant, you can delete it at the click of the button. You can also forward the fax through email to other employees without photocopying it.

Will I need to buy any new software or hardware to use the service?
No, most operating systems come with a standard image viewer. These viewers can be used to view the faxes.
